Hyjoist® Engineered I-Joists are cost effective, lightweight I-Joists used in residential and commercial construction. Consisting of Hyspan Structural LVL flanges with a structural plywood web, Hyjoist is strong, light and easy to install. The new Hyjoist range now supersedes Hybeam giving you more options for designing economical floor joist layouts.

Select the economy section (HJ240 45, HJ300 45 & HJ360 63) of appropriate depth to accommodate the spans of the main area of the floor. Cater for any larger spans in the floor area using the wider flange options of corresponding depth.

Termite Protection
Like its predecessor, Hyjoist is safely termite protected to the core. In a revolutionary process, a unique H2-S treatment is applied to the glueline during manufacture to achieve full penetration of the joists, from surface to core.
Features include:
- Available in 10 section depths
- H2-S Termite ‘protected to the core’ (optional on some sizes)
